Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Act as the face of Zoho, connecting with prospects to understand their requirements and mapping them to our product capabilities.

Multi-Channel Support: Provide support through voice, email, and chat, addressing and resolving application issues efficiently.

Problem Diagnosis: Diagnose and solve technical issues, ensuring users receive timely and effective solutions.

User Needs Analysis: Analyze user needs to provide accurate and relevant solutions, enhancing their overall experience with our products.

Product Demonstrations: Handle product demos, implementation, and training sessions to help users get the most out of Zoho’s offerings.

Work Location: Chennai

Additional Information:

Shift Requirements: Candidates must be willing to work night shifts and rotational shifts with rotational leaves.

Notification: Only shortlisted candidates will be notified about the further rounds of the selection process.
