Role Overview

As an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to developing, designing, and maintaining technology solutions that enhance the way our clients and the world operate. You will work in challenging environments, utilizing your versatility to meet client requirements from analysis to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Build: Develop, assemble, test, and configure applications based on business requirements.
• Performance Analysis: Understand and address business drivers to deliver software that meets performance expectations.
• Technology Integration: Incorporate the latest technology trends into solutions and contribute to the development of automation solutions and new functionalities.
• Incident Resolution: Provide support to customers through various channels, including voice, email, chat, and remote support, ensuring quick resolution of incidents.
• Documentation and Review: Develop and review documentation for new projects and ensure quality delivery through peer reviews.

Preferred Technical Skills

• ABAP Development on HANA: Basic understanding of ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, and performance analysis.
• Salesforce Customization: Experience or knowledge in configuring and customizing Salesforce.com applications.
• Full-Stack Development: Good working knowledge in J2EE and full-stack development.
• .NET Development: Knowledge and development experience in .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC).
• Test Automation: Experience in creating test designs, processes, cases, and data, and applying business and functional knowledge to meet testing objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: Candidates from B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc. (CSE, IT only) from 2021 to 2024 with full-time education only.

No Active Backlogs: No active backlogs during application and onboarding.

Degree Completion: Must complete the relevant degree within the stipulated duration without any gaps.

Experience: Maximum of 11 months of professional experience.

Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in India. Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work without a visa; other foreign nationals require a work visa, OCI, or PIO card.

Assessment Process

Mock Assessment:

20-minute practice assessment to ensure technical setup.

Cognitive and Technical Assessment:

90 minutes covering English ability, critical thinking, problem-solving, abstract reasoning, and technical knowledge (MS Office, Pseudocode, Networking, Security, Cloud).

Immediate results notification.

Coding Assessment:

45 minutes with 2 coding questions in C, C++, .NET, Java, or Python.

Communication Assessment:

30-minute assessment evaluating sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation.
