Position: Pricing Analytics & Operations Auditor

Role Overview

As a Pricing Analytics & Operations Auditor, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of the pricing analytics and operations team through detailed audits and process improvement activities. This role involves auditing operations teams and system outputs, suggesting and implementing process/system improvements, and identifying emerging process performance trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit Operations: Conduct audits of operations teams and system outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
• Process Improvement: Suggest and implement process and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Quality Metrics: Track and maintain quality metrics for assigned processes, ensuring consistent and high-quality output.
• Data Analysis: Identify emerging process performance trends and provide insights to the business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational improvements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Interact with various teams, including business, automation, and technology teams, to facilitate process improvements and resolve issues.
• Root Cause Analysis: Dive deep to identify the root causes of issues and coordinate with different teams, such as operations and IT, to implement fixes.

Basic Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading English fluently.
• Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Excel Skills: Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level.
• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Statistical Knowledge: Familiarity with statistical concepts such as averages, trends, outliers, and charting.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Influencing Skills: Ability to deliver results by influencing team members.
• Independent Work: Capability to work independently and think ‘out of the box’.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to dive deep, identify root causes of issues, and coordinate with different teams for resolutions.
• Experience: 0 - 2 years of work experience is preferred.
