Job Description
Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is a unique program that combines work and higher education. It offers BCA and B.Sc students an opportunity to build a successful career at Wipro while pursuing their M.Tech degree from a premier educational institution in India, sponsored by Wipro.
Eligibility Criteria
10th Standard: Pass
12th Standard: Pass
Graduation: 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above (as per university guidelines)
Year of Passing: 2023, 2024
Qualification:
Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
Bachelor of Science (B.Sc)
Eligible Streams: Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, and Physics
Other Criteria:
Open school or distance education is allowed for 10th & 12th only
One backlog is allowed at the time of online assessment
Candidates must clear backlogs by the 6th semester
Must have studied Core Mathematics during graduation (Business Maths & Applied Maths are not considered Core Mathematics)
Max 3 years of GAP in education allowed (between 10th and commencement of graduation)
No Gaps allowed in Graduation (must be completed within 3 years)
Must be an Indian Citizen or hold a PIO/OCI card (if holding a passport of another country)
Bhutan and Nepal nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate
Candidates must complete a 3-month cool-off period before retaking the test
Candidate must be 18 years or above at the time of registration
Selection Process
Round 1 - Online Assessment:
Duration: 80 minutes
Sections:
Verbal: 20 mins, 20 questions
Analytical: 20 mins, 20 questions
Quantitative: 20 mins, 20 questions
Written Communication Test: 20 mins
Round 2 - Business Discussion
Round 3 - HR Discussion
Service Agreement
Candidates are required to sign a 60-month service agreement. If a candidate leaves the organization within this period, they are liable to pay back the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis.
Terms and Conditions
Participation in WILP recruitment is at Wipro's discretion.
After clearing the online assessment, candidates will go through a business discussion round followed by an HR discussion.
Successful candidates will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI) and must undergo pre-skilling training before receiving the final offer letter.
Wipro reserves the right to make initial offers subject to certain conditions.
Candidates found involved in illegal activities (e.g., impersonation, fraud, producing illegal documents) will face immediate withdrawal or revocation of the offer.
Results will be communicated via individual emails or other provided communication means.
Malpractices during the recruitment process will result in immediate disqualification and potential legal action.
