Job Description

Key Responsibilities

User-Centric Design: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design simple and innovative solutions that address user problems.

Design Across Every Touchpoint: Deliver high-fidelity mock-ups, prototypes, and user flows for every interaction state to ensure a seamless user journey.

Platform Expertise: Create platform-specific UI components and iterate designs for optimal user interaction at all levels.

Tool Proficiency: Utilize Figma to its fullest potential, designing high-quality screens and ensuring a simple and effective hand-off process.

Bridge the Gap: Work closely with developers to ensure designs are translated flawlessly into the final product.

Innovative Thinking: Conceptualize original ideas that simplify complex design challenges and enhance user-friendliness.

Extreme Ownership: Take full ownership of assigned modules; study, understand, and emulate best practices to provide high-quality designs and execute design operations efficiently.

Measure & Optimize: Analyze the human-computer interaction (HCI) elements of your designs for continuous improvement and delivery.

Quality Champion: Foster a culture of feedback to ensure all designs consistently exceed quality benchmarks.

Design System Architect: Build and maintain style guides, component libraries, and design patterns for a cohesive user experience across platforms.

Inspire: Motivate the team by maintaining efficient and effective design practices.

Shape the Future: Actively participate in product ideation sessions and contribute to conceptual development.

Qualifications

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in product design, particularly in mobile design.

Tools: Expertise in Figma.

Skills: Strong understanding of user-centric design, ability to deliver high-fidelity prototypes, and experience in creating platform-specific UI components.

Attributes: Innovative thinker, team player, quality-focused, and strong ownership of work.
