Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the product management and development teams.
Support Trends: Provide regular updates to management on support trends and customer satisfaction levels.
Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to understand product features and functionalities.
System Testing: Conduct system testing to replicate customer issues and identify effective solutions.
Customer Training: Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to help customers use the payment gateway effectively.
Internal Training: Develop internal training materials to keep the support team updated on new features and product changes.
Required Skillset
Experience: 0 to 3 years of work experience in a similar industry. Experience in the Fin-tech industry is a plus.
Technology Enthusiast: A keen interest, curiosity, and enthusiasm for learning and adapting to emerging technologies.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts.
