About the Traineeship:

The Baker Hughes Early Career Traineeship is tailored for fresh graduates, providing an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop both technical knowledge and soft skills. This 12-month program is designed to immerse you in real-world scenarios, where you will learn and grow through on-the-job training and exposure to cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Training: Engage in services and maintenance activities at customer locations, working with industrial x-ray systems and related equipment, including x-ray tubes, generators, coolers, scanners, stepper motors/controllers, power supplies, high voltage control circuits, motion control systems, and high-end PCs.

Administrative Skills: Learn and assist with administrative tasks related to field service operations, ensuring timely and efficient support.

Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering high-quality service and adhering to rigorous standards of excellence.

Safety Monitoring: Ensure site safety during all work scope executions.

Travel Requirements: Be prepared to travel to customer sites on short notice, up to 70% of the time.

Integrity and Compliance: Execute assigned duties with integrity and in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation from an accredited university in India. A diploma degree is also considered advantageous.

Graduation Period: Must have graduated within the last 24 months.

Academic Performance: Achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (or over 60%).

Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English with strong communication skills.

Curiosity and Learning: Demonstrates a keen interest in continuous learning and knowledge acquisition.

Work Authorization: Must be legally entitled to work in the application country without sponsorship or time restrictions.
