Eligibility Criteria and Application Instructions

Academic Eligibility:

Year of Completion: Candidates must have completed their qualifying course in 2024 without any backlogs.

Academic Scores:

Minimum of 70% in 10th, 12th, Engineering degree, and MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science).

If a candidate has done a Diploma after 10th, a minimum of 70% in Diploma is mandatory. If both 12th and Diploma are completed, a minimum of 70% in both is required (Marks are calculated for all subjects appeared).

Score Improvement: Candidates should not have appeared for score improvement in any academics.

Academic Gap: No more than a 1-year gap between any two academic programs since SSC.

Eligible Streams/Branches:

Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Telecommunication/Telecom/Communication/Electronics/Cybersecurity

MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science)

Note:

This program is only for Engineering graduates and/or MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science) candidates who have passed in 2024 and have been issued a Provisional Degree Certificate or Consolidated Marksheet by the college/university.

M.E/M.Tech candidates are not eligible for this program.

Grading System:

Enter academic scores in percentage (%) only. Convert CGPA to percentage as per your university guidelines. Entering CGPA will result in ineligibility.

Registration Details:

Ensure accurate details for personal particulars, contact details, academic credentials, etc., as they cannot be amended once submitted.

Incorrect details may result in the withdrawal of the Offer Letter or termination of employment later.

Testing and Interview Process:

Eligible candidates will be invited for a virtual and proctored online test within 1-2 weeks from registration, followed by face-to-face interviews at Tech Mahindra Offices.

Each test serves as a filter for the next stage.

Check junk/spam emails for communication regarding the test.

Registration Confirmation:

On successful registration, you will receive a Registration ID and PIN via your registered email. Note these details for all correspondence and test appearances.

Ensure correct details to receive the Registration ID & PIN.

Employment Conditions:

If currently employed, you must obtain NOC/clearance from your current employer if required.

No weightage for previous work experience.

There should be a clear gap of 6 months between your last Tech Mahindra drive and the current registration.

Other Instructions:

Be ready to work in an agile environment on any type of projects at any location, including shifts.

Tech Mahindra does not reimburse any expenses incurred for registration or appearing for the test.

Post successful 5-stage evaluation, onboarding will be done phase-wise as per business requirements.

Tech Mahindra does not charge any fee for recruitment and does not engage any agency for recruitment on payment of fee.
