Tech Mahindra Off-Campus Drive 2024 - Cybersecurity Program

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

B.E / B.Tech in Cybersecurity or MCA / M.Sc in Cybersecurity.

Candidates must have completed their qualifying course in 2023 or 2024 with no backlogs.

Candidates must have a minimum of 70% in 10th, 12th, Engineering, and MCA/M.Sc (Cybersecurity).

If a candidate completed a Diploma after 10th, a minimum of 70% is mandatory. If both 12th and Diploma were completed, 70% is required in both.

CGPA scores must be converted to percentage according to the university's guidelines.

Additional Requirements:

No more than a 1-year gap between any two academic programs since SSC.

Candidates must not have appeared for score improvement in any academics.

M.E/M.Tech candidates are not eligible.

Must be flexible to work in an agile environment, on any type of project, at any given location, including shifts.

Experience:

This program is open ONLY to fresh graduates who have passed in 2023 or 2024.

Candidates who have already appeared for Tech Mahindra’s Fresher Recruitment drive in the last 6 months are not eligible.

Selection Process:

Online Registration:

Complete the registration process with accurate details. Upon successful registration, you will receive a Registration ID and PIN via email.

Proctored Online Test:

Eligible candidates will be invited for a virtual, proctored online test within 1-2 weeks from registration.

Face-to-Face Interviews:

Candidates who clear the online test will be called for face-to-face interviews at Tech Mahindra offices.

Important Notes:

Tech Mahindra does not charge any fee for recruitment.

Ensure that all personal and academic details are accurately entered during registration, as changes cannot be made later.

Candidates should be prepared to obtain an NOC from their current employer if required.

Tech Mahindra reserves the right to onboard candidates in a phased manner based on business requirements.
