As an Application Support Engineer, your role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of critical business systems. You will act as a software detective, identifying and resolving issues within various components of these systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing dynamic support to maintain smooth customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers, addressing and resolving issues related to customer service operations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and solve problems within multiple components of critical business systems.
• System Monitoring: Monitor and maintain systems to ensure smooth customer service operations.
• Documentation: Create and communicate technical solutions to customers and stakeholders effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of customer service operations.
• Experience in providing technical support to customers.
• Knowledge of monitoring and maintaining critical business systems.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with desktop transformation.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 0-2 years in customer service operations.

Educational Background: Strong academic background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
