Key Responsibilities

Infra Managed Services:

• Manage infrastructure services and operations for both on-premises and cloud-based technologies.
• Ensure reliable and secure IT infrastructure.
• Continuously improve services and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee ongoing service delivery and enhancements.

Application/Cloud Support:

• Support, monitor, and maintain applications and cloud systems.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues using technical knowledge.

Project Control Services:

• Enable program management and enhance the quality of Technology Delivery.
• Track and manage project management office activities in Technology Delivery Centers.
• Monitor and report on deliverables and solve issues.
• Align priorities and direction with multiple stakeholders.

Low/No Code App Development:

• Develop applications using low-code platforms, setting up and configuring systems as per client requirements.
• Utilize form builders, pre-built templates, drag-and-drop interfaces, and entity builders.
• Optimize and automate internal business processes.

Quality Engineering:

• Create test designs, processes, cases, and data.
• Apply business and functional knowledge, testing standards, guidelines, and methodologies.
• Design testing scenarios for usability testing.
• Prepare and analyze software testing reports, submitting observations to the development team.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: Open to candidates from B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com, B.Voc, BMS, B.B.S, B.F.M, B.B.I, B.A.F, B.Ed., B.M.M., B.FA, B.S.Micr, B. Design, M.C.M, M.Sc (Non-CS/IT), M.A, M.Com, or M.FA from 2021 to 2024 graduates with full-time education.

Note: BE/BTECH/ME/MTECH/MCA/MSC (CS and IT Branch), MBA/PGDBM candidates are not eligible.

No Active Backlogs: Candidates should have no active backlogs during application and onboarding.

Degree Completion: Complete your degree within the stipulated duration without gaps (e.g., BBA in 3 years, M.Sc in 2 years).

Work Experience: Candidates should not have more than 11 months of professional experience.

Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in India. Bhutan and Nepal nationals do not require a work visa. Other foreign nationals require a work visa, OCI, or PIO card.

Flexibility: Willingness to work across different time zones/shifts and relocate to any Accenture office in India.

Assessment Process

Mock Assessment:

A mandatory 10-minute practice assessment to ensure proper hardware, software, and internet setup.

Assessment #1: Cognitive Assessment

Duration: 50 minutes

Includes 50 questions on English ability, critical thinking, problem-solving, and abstract reasoning.

Immediate notification of results within 5-10 minutes.

Assessment #2: Cognitive & Technical Assessment

Duration: 90 minutes

Cognitive Assessment: 90 questions on English ability, critical thinking, problem-solving, and abstract reasoning.

Technical Assessment: 40 questions on common applications, MS Office, pseudocode, and fundamentals of networking and security.

Note: Cognitive assessment is an elimination round. Technical assessment scores factor into the overall selection process.

Assessment #3: Communication Assessment

Duration: Approximately 30 minutes

Evaluates sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation.

Separate email with timelines and login details will be provided.

Assessments must be completed within the scheduled time.
