Job Description

Hexaware is thrilled to announce an off-campus drive for the role of Trainee in Infrastructure Management Support (IMS) for the 2024 batch pass-outs. If you are a graduate with a keen interest in IT infrastructure and client support, this is an excellent opportunity for you!

Academic Criteria

Minimum Academic Requirements: 60% or 6 CGPA and above throughout 10th, 12th, and Graduation.

No Live Backlogs: Candidates must have no live backlogs at the time of registration.

Year of Passing: 2024 Pass-out

Role: Trainee

Work Location: Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, and Noida

Eligibility: Only candidates from Tamil Nadu or Maharashtra

Qualifications

Graduates: BSc (CS/IT/Electronics, EEE, Circuital) & BCA

Key Responsibilities

Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Basic knowledge of ITIL process and international client handling over the phone and email.

Meet established service level metrics for call response, technical support, and customer service.

Provide Help Desk support for end-users and Level 1/2 support of IT infrastructure and applications.

Log incidents/call tickets into the ticketing tool, monitor incoming customer ticket queues for assignment, follow-up, and resolution.

Follow and complete IT Service desk opening and closing checklists.

Research and update knowledge base for solutions that can be used to provide first call or contact resolution.

Perform installation, troubleshooting, and configuring of MS Outlook Client, MS Office, applications software, antivirus software, Internet Explorer, and basic network troubleshooting.

Use remote tools such as Remote Desktop support, DameWare/Bomgar, TeamViewer, etc., to troubleshoot and resolve end-users laptops and desktops.

Provide follow-up service to end-users to ensure that the service provided by the Help Desk has addressed their needs in a timely and efficient manner.

Candidates should be open to working in 24*7 shifts environment.

Compensation and Benefits

CTC: 3.00 LPA

Stipend: ₹15,000 for the first 3 months

Service Agreement: 2 years with a bond of ₹2 Lakhs
