Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Device Associate to join our team in Chennai, TN, IND. The primary responsibility of this role is to execute test case instructions and report discrepancies. The Device Associate is also accountable for the successful and timely delivery of results.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Device Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

Executing Test Cases: Perform test case execution prepared for testing software builds.

Bug Reporting: Accurately report bugs and discrepancies encountered during testing.

Understanding Testing Procedures: Follow guidelines for new builds/releases to ensure comprehensive testing.

Regression and Repetitive Testing: Conduct regression and repetitive testing exercises to qualify builds without compromising on quality.

Data Capture: Use software tools for daily data capture.

Result Reporting: Be comfortable capturing results, communicating, escalating failures, and providing individual status reports.

Clarification Portal: Raise and resolve all failures/doubts related to test case execution in the clarification portal as per SLAs.

Location

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of our office in Chennai, TN, IND.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Knowledge of QA methodology and tools

Preferred Qualifications

Software testing experience or certification
