Job Description:
As a Technical Support Engineer at Zoho, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch support across multiple channels including voice, email, and chat. Your role will also involve conducting online demos, providing customer training, gathering and analyzing customer requirements, and ensuring users' needs are met with timely and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering technical support through voice, email, and chat channels.
Conducting online demos and training sessions for customers.
Gathering and analyzing customer requirements to provide tailored solutions.
Understanding and addressing user needs efficiently.
Pre-requisites:
Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English.
Support Experience: Proficient in providing phone-based support, particularly for customers in the USA or UK.
Learning Enthusiasm: A strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Additional Information:
Relocation: Candidates should be willing to relocate to Chennai.
Shift Timings: Must be open to working night shifts.
