Job Description: Junior Engineer

Position: Junior Engineer

Location: Office Based

Department: Quality Engineering Group, Saba People Cloud Product

As a Junior Engineer, you will be an integral part of our quality engineering team, contributing to the testing cycles of our Saba People Cloud product. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive team environment. You will receive comprehensive training on product functionality, test automation, and various testing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Testing Cycles: Work under a Quality Engineering (QE) lead to contribute to the testing cycles of the Saba People Cloud product.
• Test Automation: Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium/Silk.
• Web Development: Utilize your knowledge of web development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) in testing web applications.
• API Testing: Perform automated API testing to ensure the reliability and performance of web services.
• Scripting: Apply scripting knowledge to automate various testing processes.

Skills Required

• Web Development Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Object-Oriented Programming: Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, with a preference for Java.
• Front-End Automation: Experience with front-end automation frameworks, such as Selenium or Silk.
• API Testing: Knowledge of web services and automated API testing.
• Scripting Languages: Proficiency in at least one scripting language.

Qualifications

Education: B.E/B.Tech/MCA Freshers

Career Aspiration: A strong desire to pursue a career in Quality Engineering/Testing.

Programming Skills: Knowledge of programming in any language, with a preference for Java.

Certifications: Any testing certification is an added advantage.
